1. Who we are

ClickPlayground (CPS Test Online) is an independent project operated by Chandan Sahu (Developer & Gamer). The site provides free, browser-based utilities for measuring and practicing input skills, plus educational articles on the blog. Business inquiries and legal notices may be sent through Contact.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. Tools that involve repetitive motion, extended typing, or sustained screen focus may not be suitable for everyone — parents and guardians should supervise younger users.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or exploit the service (including automated abuse of endpoints or circumvention of reasonable rate limits).
• Use unauthorized automation, macros, or client-side tampering to manipulate benchmark scores or undermine fair use of shared infrastructure.
• Misrepresent scores or impersonate others when contacting us or when using any future account or leaderboard features.
• Upload malware, harass others through our contact channels, or misuse personal data you obtain from us or other users.

Benchmarks are intended for human-driven input in the browser unless we explicitly describe otherwise for a given mode. We may suspend or restrict access when we reasonably believe these rules are broken or when necessary to protect security and reliability.

5. Intellectual property

The site's branding, layout, software, benchmark interfaces, and blog articles are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially reuse our materials without written permission, except for temporary copies needed for normal browsing or citation consistent with fair use.

Game names, server brands, and community terms mentioned on the site or blog are used descriptively; we are not endorsed by Mojang, Microsoft, or other rights holders unless we state otherwise in writing.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClickPlayground (CPS Test Online) and its operator from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or violation of others' rights, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

9. Changes, termination, and survival

We may modify features or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, where appropriate, in our changelog. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for new sessions. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the site for maintenance or strategic reasons.

Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) survive termination.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law based on where the operator resides and where disputes may be heard, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would point elsewhere. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
