Rules for using ClickPlayground (CPS Test Online)

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to ClickPlayground (CPS Test Online) (“we,” “us,” or “the site”), including our web-based clicking, typing, reaction, and related practice tools. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Effective date: May 15, 2026

1. Who we are

ClickPlayground (CPS Test Online) is an independent project operated by Chandan Sahu (Developer & Gamer). The site provides free, browser-based utilities for measuring and practicing input skills. Business inquiries and legal notices may be sent through Contact using the addresses listed there.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. Tools that involve repetitive motion may not be suitable for everyone, parents and guardians should supervise younger users.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or exploit the service (including automated abuse of endpoints or circumvention of reasonable rate limits).
  • Misrepresent scores or tamper with client-side code in ways that undermine fair use of shared infrastructure.
  • Upload malware, harass others through our contact channels, or misuse personal data you obtain from us or other users.

We may suspend or restrict access when we reasonably believe these rules are broken or when necessary to protect security and reliability.

4. Accounts and submissions

Most features work without an account. If you email us or use a contact form, you agree that information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that we may use it to respond, as described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of content you send us, but grant us a limited license to handle it for support and improvement.

5. Intellectual property

The site’s branding, layout, text, graphics, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially reuse our materials without written permission, except for temporary copies needed for normal browsing or citation consistent with fair use.

6. Third-party services

We rely on hosting providers, fonts, analytics, advertising networks, or similar services. Those vendors operate under their own terms. Your interactions with them are governed by their policies.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither ClickPlayground (CPS Test Online) nor its operator will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from these Terms or your use of the site.

Health, ergonomic, and hardware risks are further explained in our Disclaimer.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClickPlayground (CPS Test Online) and its operator from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or violation of others’ rights, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

9. Changes, termination, and survival

We may modify features or these Terms. When we post updates, continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for new sessions. We may also suspend or discontinue parts of the site for maintenance or strategic reasons.

Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) survive termination.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law based on where the operator resides and where disputes may be heard, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would point elsewhere. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
